LITERARY PARK FELICE MASTROIANNI
Platania was native town and permanent source of inspiration for the rich literary production of Felice Mastroianni, teacher and poet, living in the first half of the XX century.
His house, together with lots of other historical buildings of the town, have become a part of the literary park realized in his memory by the Platania’s Municipality.
Interactive technologies are largely used in the park. The author’s works are freely accessible to the public through one of our Mneme Totem, situated at Perri Palace, together with other evidences of the time: interviews, photos and tales. We also developed an app able to guide visitors throughout the paths that inspired Mastroianni’s poetry, while listening to it.
